* Other creative and hospitality-related businesses
The Platform acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any agreement between users and customers.
## 3. Account Registration and Verification
All users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
To activate a profile, users may be required to complete an identity verification process, including the submission of identification documents and an electronic signature.
By completing the verification process, the user represents and warrants that:
* They are the lawful owner of the account.
* All information provided is true and accurate.
* All photographs, videos, portfolio materials, and other content displayed on their profile belong to them or are used with proper authorization.
* They possess all necessary licenses, permits, certifications, and permissions required to offer their services.
* They are legally permitted to conduct business in their jurisdiction.
Any false representation may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
## 4. Responsibility for Services
Each service provider is solely responsible for:
* The quality of services offered.
* Communication with customers.
* Fulfillment of bookings and orders.
* Pricing and payment arrangements.
* Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Any damages, losses, disputes, or claims arising from services provided.
The Platform does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or completion of any service.
## 5. Portfolio Authenticity
Users may only upload content that they own or are legally authorized to use.
The Platform strictly prohibits:
* Stolen photographs or videos.
* Copyright infringement.
* Misleading portfolio content.
* Artificially claiming work performed by another creator.
* False reviews or testimonials.
Users remain fully responsible for all content uploaded to the Platform.
## 6. Reviews and Complaints
Customers may submit reviews, ratings, and complaints regarding services received.
The Platform reserves the right to investigate complaints and request additional information from involved parties.
Users agree to cooperate with any investigation conducted by the Platform.
## 7. Account Suspension and Termination
The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, review, or permanently terminate any account for reasons including but not limited to:
* Fraudulent activity.
* False identity verification.
* Copyright violations.
* Repeated customer complaints.
* Misleading information.
* Violation of these Terms.
* Unprofessional or unlawful conduct.
During an investigation, the Platform may temporarily lock or restrict access to an account.
Following review, the Platform may:
* Restore the account.
* Issue warnings.
* Require corrective actions.
* Permanently remove the account.
The Platform's decision following investigation shall be final.
## 8. Equal Opportunity Policy
The Platform operates under a principle of equal visibility.
The Platform does not offer paid ranking advantages, VIP status, priority placement, or advertising systems intended to unfairly influence search results.
Profile visibility may be determined by objective factors such as profile completeness, verification status, user ratings, and platform quality standards.
## 9. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
By uploading content to the Platform, users grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, promote, and distribute such content for purposes related to operating and promoting the Platform.
## 10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not responsible for:
* Service quality.
* Missed appointments.
* Customer dissatisfaction.
* Contract disputes.
* Financial losses.
* Personal injury.
* Property damage.
* Intellectual property disputes between users.
All transactions and engagements occur solely between customers and service providers.
## 11. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and legal expenses arising from:
* User content.
* Services provided.
* Violations of these Terms.
* Violations of applicable law.
* Intellectual property claims.

Violation may result in immediate account termination.
